The QM & Compliance Officer is at heart of our organization to drive the initiatives in these domains. They enable us to earn our customers’ trust and deliver our solutions securely, reliably, qualitatively and within budget. 


Your profile

What you will be doing as QM & Compliance Officer

As our QM & Compliance Officer you will: 

  • enable our organization to professionalize our way of working as we are expanding rapidly across Europe
  • make sure that the quality management system is up to date and well-integrated into our business processes, improving the quality and consistency of our service provision
  • structure knowledge such that it is readily and securely available allowing our teams to work effectively
  • oversee the activities to maintain and expand (if needed) – our compliance portfolio, which includes certifications such as ISO 27001, NEN 7510, ISO9001, DigiD/TVS, MedMij, MDR/MDD etc.
  • be monitoring and reporting on the company’s security performance, being responsible for incident response activities, and contributing to creating security and privacy awareness throughout our organization 
  • work closely with your peers of the Privacy & Security team at LOGEX (our mother company) to sharpen your plans and share knowledge
  • and report to our COO.  

What do you bring to the table?

  • at least 2-4 years of professional experience within the field of Quality Management, Security, Privacy, or Compliance
  • a Masters level education or demonstrable working experience at that level
  • meticulous style of working and ability to connect well with others
  • strong and proven project management skills
  • a CIPP/E or other relevant certifications are a strong plus
  • strong communication skills in English, verbally and in writing
  • basic communication skills in Dutch are preferred 
  • you work well autonomously.
